Standard return & exchange procedures will be applied including paid return shipping, as well as a full refund (replacement and store credit are also available).
TAKD Carbon LLC always purchase 3rd party shipping insurance. Acceptance of claims is subject only to 3rd party approval. Customers are expected to inspect item at time of delivery. ITEMS NOT REPORTED AS DAMANGED TO CARRIER NOT AT TIME OF DELIVERY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
